How did you reach your current position?

"I joined the company almost 5 years ago. I started as a Survey Engineer and recently I had the opportunity to come to the office for the position of Project Manager. I was grateful for the opportunity and accepted without hesitation. I will miss my days on field, but there is enough work here to keep me busy.”

Which projects are you currently working on?

"At the moment I’ve been assigned to manage 3 projects in Bolivia. Two of them are almost finished and the third one has recently started, so this will be a huge challenge, albeit an exciting one. Currently I’m also quite busy working on some projects in Argentina. The international aspect of the company and my job really keeps me hooked on ROSEN. I get to meet a lot of new people and discover new places”

What does ROSEN have in store for your future?

"ROSEN is a company which is constantly moving forward and I’m moving and developing myself with it. I just recently became Project Manager, so I think there is still a lot for me to learn and discover. At the moment I’m focusing on gathering enough experience and I’m developing myself even further every day. New opportunities are just around the corner, so time will tell!”

What is your most memorable ROSEN moment?

"A lot of memorable moments come to my mind, I really enjoyed working in the field. I once had a helicopter flight to an offshore facility which took me over a jungle in Ecuador. The view was amazing and to top it all off I saw a huge python crossing the road! I have had a lot of great experiences at ROSEN, and I have a feeling even more memorable moments are yet to come!”
