Compare your pipeline management to other worldwide operators
At ROSEN we appreciate the responsibility the industry has to share experience to identify best practice in safe pipeline operation and integrity management. To contribute to this we are using ROSEN’s position as a global provider of integrity services, and launching a world-wide benchmarking study, to be completed with support from operators worldwide.
Review and evaluate current pipeline integrity management practices and provide a comprehensive review of worldwide pipeline operating companies safety and asset management practices.
Two levels of involvement are available to operators, i.e. ‘participant’ and ‘commissioner’, which will determine the level of feedback that will be provided at the end of the study:
|Participant*||Clients receive an abridged report, benchmarking strategic categories and key performance metrics against those of the primary operator|| |
The results of the study will be presented on a worldwide basis
|Summary discussion and conclusions of the study|
|Commissioner*||Clients receive a report, benchmarking strategic categories and key performance metrics against those of the primary operator||The results of the study will be presented on a worldwide and regional basis||Detailed discussion of the findings of the study, bespoke recommendations and identification of alternative policies and procedures for each commissioning operator|
* Participants involvement is free of charge, Commissioner involvement comes with an associated nominal cost
ROSEN will leverage its global network of pipeline operating companies to gather as many contributors as possible and issue a specially designed questionnaire requesting information on the following:
- Basis of Operations
- Organization and people
- Integrity Management
The information provided by the contributors will be distilled, anonymized, normalized & analyzed. All information provided for the purpose of this study shall stay completely confidential and shall only be used for the purpose of this study. The study will only be realized if the minimum required number of participants and commissioners is achieved.
