R³ Inspection Service: Responsive. Rapid. Reliable.
- ROSEN Group
- Dedicated Project Engineers™ arrive on site with fully equipped Mobile Diagnostic Unit™.
Introduced to the market in October 2015, the R³ service is an all-encompassing service that brings all necessary equipment in a Mobile Diagnostic Unit™ to the inspection site along with a certified R³ Field Project Engineer™. Designed to fulfill all inspection needs, R3 features the AutoData™ processing unit, which produces a complete service report on site. The service covers all necessary cleaning, geometry, metal loss, and mapping inspections for pipelines ranging from 6” to 24” in diameter.
Upon completion, all the operator needs is the R³ service report, which summarizes all activities and results, and the R³ drive with Virtualyze™ software, which visualizes all raw diagnostic data, the pipe tally, all immediate condition dig sheets, a comprehensive list of anomalies, pressure assessments, bends, markering, and GPS data.
At PPIM 2016, the ROSEN Group will emphasize the mobility, availability, and efficiency of the new R3 service, which is revolutionizing the inline inspection industry.
