Procedures define the interaction between the Pipeline Integrity Management Program (PIMP) components. They aim to ensure that objectives are achieved and that every task performed is controlled, validated and contributes to Integrity.
Based on a broad experience in PIMP implementation for onshore and offshore assets worldwide, client-specificprocesses are developed and implemented by an experienced team of engineers, taking into account international guidelines & codes and also local & regional regulations. The development of PIM framework strategy and process documentation and procedures are key to ensuring that all elements of the client Pipeline Integrity Management Program (PIMP) are satisfied to ensure the efficient and safe operation of assets. Such elements may include an overall PIM Framework document, performance planning, communications planning, change management planning and quality control.
