ROSEN Publishes First Group-wide Sustainability Report
Secure energy infrastructure through High-Precision Data
The ROSEN Group has published its first group-wide sustainability report. By expanding to cover the entire corporate group, the report for the 2025 fiscal year marks an important milestone in the further development of the sustainability strategy. ROSEN thereby underscores its commitment to consistently and transparently embedding innovation and responsible conduct across all business areas.
The report focuses on the link between technological excellence and sustainable progress. As a leading global technology partner for the integrity of critical energy infrastructure, ROSEN makes an essential contribution to extending asset lifecycles, reducing emissions, and ensuring a reliable energy supply.
A particular focus of the sustainability report is on the further development of the climate strategy. This includes, among other things, the systematic expansion of greenhouse gas accounting, including Scope 3 emissions, as well as progress in defining decarbonization pathways. The goal is to significantly reduce the company’s own emissions by 2030 and achieve a net-zero position in the long term. In addition, concrete progress in key sustainability areas such as resource efficiency, the circular economy, occupational safety, and sustainable supply chain management is highlighted.
The report was prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and strengthens the ROSEN Group’s preparedness for future regulatory requirements
Last year, ROSEN published its first sustainability report for RTRC GmbH in Lingen (Ems), Germany, and ROSEN Europe B.V. in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands. The 2025 Sustainability Report for the entire group highlights the increasing maturity of ESG management at ROSEN. At the same time, it defines clear areas of action for the coming years – with the goal of integrating sustainability and safety even more deeply into operational processes.
Andreas Opfermann, Chief Executive Officer of ROSEN: “For us, the publication of the Sustainability Report is about more than just formal reporting. The report impressively demonstrates how closely ROSEN’s core business is linked to the topic of sustainability. Our technologies and data analyses make a decisive contribution to operating energy infrastructure more safely, efficiently, and with lower emissions in the long term. For us, sustainability is born precisely there – in the daily application of our solutions.“
Daniela Schomaker, Head of Corporate Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality (HSSQ), adds: “The publication of our first company-wide sustainability report marks a key milestone on our ESG journey. For the first time, it establishes a robust foundation for our data and enables consistent management of our sustainability activities across all areas of ROSEN. This makes the report an important tool for clearly setting priorities, systematically advancing progress, and consistently pursuing our ambitious sustainability goals.”
The new Sustainability Report consists of an editorial section featuring interviews, strategic content, and ESG goals, as well as a mandatory section containing regulatory disclosures. The report can be downloaded from the company’s website.
