Meet Chris, who first joined ROSEN UK almost ten years ago as an engineering student. Throughout his time with ROSEN, he has travelled and lived in a number of locations around the world, providing his expertise to a variety of projects and departments. Chris has supported the growth of integrity teams in Malaysia and Australia and currently is the Integrity Engineering Lead in Calgary. He is actively involved in the Young Pipeliners Association of Canada (YPAC) and with the University of Calgary Pipeline Engineering program.

GREAT TEAM SPIRIT, EVEN AFTER WORK

When asked what he enjoys most about ROSEN, Chris mentions the people. “It has been enjoyable to work with so many experienced and talented people in many different regions. I have been lucky to work with so many big names in the industry and learn what I can from them. We have great team spirit in the integrity team, and all get on well.” Having a great team to work and celebrate the wins with is a big part of creating fulfilling a work life and making the stress of a big project a little more bearable. “It is great to finish working on a project together on a Friday afternoon and then all wander over to the other side of the car park for a beverage or two at the local pub.”

EXPLORING THE CANADIAN ROCKIES

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and dog and tries to visit his family and friends in France and the UK when possible. In between those visits, catch Chris in action in the Canadian Rockies, enjoying all they have to offer.
