A typical pigging operation involves no fewer than five service suppliers. The key to a successful pigging operation, apart from the pigs, is the overall coordination and project management, more so if the pipelines and operating conditions are challenging and require complex arrangements between the different service suppliers. For more than 40 years in in-line inspection and pipeline integrity industry, ROSEN has developed methodologies to minimize the risks of a failed pigging operation, by bringing the full scope of work under one roof.

In this session, you will learn the challenges and solution on turnkey project – from the design of the pigs, to the rigorous testing, the supply of propellant, the temporary launching barrels, the pipeline modifications etc. as well as the overall project management. The risks at each step are minimized by having a single focal point, backed by a track record of successful projects around the globe.
