A high-ranking jury consisting of members from different companies and universities has elected the ROSEN CRM system as an award winner, ranked 3rd, among 30 companies in the field of process development because of the “well thought through, systematic and comprehensive system, which consolidates information globally, supports common goal setting and facilities the information flow among colleagues”.

“When we started off with our CRM improvement process in 2010 our goal was to establish the system as the leading database for customer-related information. Particular focus was placed on supporting the sales workflow and our global marketing activities.
A database was developed providing address and contact data as well as a customer segmentation in terms of services offered and needs identified”, continues Holger Hennerkes.
In 2012, the system was extended to include a forecasting & targeting module. A forecast for each customer, based on the different services, can be conducted today by:
• Total order volume
• New orders for ROSEN and for the competition
• Total revenue of the customer
• Sales for ROSEN and competition
