ROSEN MATERIAL PROPERTY SERVICES / MATERIAL VERIFICATION
27 May 2020, 1 pm MST
You require up- to- date and accurate design information for every pipe joint within a given segment in order to accurately determine MAOP. Likewise, inconsistencies in the base material, such as hard spots, can lead to increased susceptibility to cracking and other integrity threats due to increased brittleness. To know the unknown, verify your materials with RoMat.
Presenter:
Ollie Burkinshaw, Senior Materials Engineer, ROSEN Group
MFL-A ULTRA CORROSION INSPECTION TECHNOLOGY
3 June 2020, 1 pm MST
Simple corrosion such as pitting, general corrosion and circumferential slotting, can be detected and sized with accuracy by standard RoCorr MFL-A. However, for complex corrosion, “pits within pits” and small diameter pinholes, higher resolution ILI tools are required to precisely define the dimensions and corrosion morphologies. To see the unseen, optimize your ultra-high resolution MFL-A data.
Presenter:
Taras Bolgachenko, P.Eng., Senior Engineer, ROSEN Group
DEFORMATION MANAGEMENT
10 June 2020
Deformations are a well-known and well-understood threat to pipeline integrity; many generations of inspection technologies have been developed over the years to gather information on these defects. As the attention to dent depth decreases and the emphasis on capturing a true dent profile increases, so must our focus on the quality and resolution of data recorded by technologies used to locate, size and characterize deformations. To detect the undetected, check out Deformation Management with Caliper data.
Presenter:
Chris Holliday, Technical Lead Integrity Services, ROSEN Group
AN INTRODUCTION TO UPSTREAM DIAGNOSTICS
10 September 2020, 1:30 pm MST
Complex upstream pipeline operating conditions often make it difficult for conventional in-line inspection. With low pressures and tight radius bends conventional in-line inspection tools often yield undesirable results. Coupled with a need for expedited reporting the RoCombo MFL-A/MD/XYZ will provide piece of mind for your upstream assets.
Presenters:
Zach Farrell, Business Line Manager, ROSEN Group
Mikael Jung, Evaluation Lead & Process Professional, ROSEN Group
