The ROSEN Group created a video highlighting the new developments in inspection services and their advantages.

Storage tanks and piping are susceptible to deterioration, ultimately leading to loss of containment. This may result in environmental contamination, product losses and a potential risk of negative economic effects. Especially tank terminals must be inspected for signs of defects throughout their service life.

One example of an advanced tool for use during an out-of-service inspection is ROSEN’s tank bottom inspection tool (TBIT). The TBIT combines two different technologies: high-resolution magnetic flux leakage (MFL) and eddy current (EC).

To illustrate in more detail how these technologies work, we have created a video highlighting the new developments in our inspection services and their advantages.

The video also includes an overview of our specialized software tool, ROSOFT for Tanks, which features unique benefits for our customers, e.g. the delivery of detailed results within one day of completing the inspection.
