Conduct in compliance with laws and regulations

The ROSEN Group conducts its business responsibly and in compliance with the legal requirements and official regulations of the countries in which we operate. We understand compliance to mean the legally and ethically impeccable actions of our employees in their daily business, because every employee influences the reputation of our company through his or her professional conduct. We do not tolerate any violations of laws, codes or internal regulations.

Compliance is the key to operating globally. The ROSEN Group strives to make a positive impact on people and our environment using our technical solutions to sustainably improve the quality of life.

Compliance plays an essential role in protecting our employees

and our organization from unnecessary risk.

The compliance organization in the ROSEN Group is headed by the Chief Compliance Officer who regularly reports directly to the CEO. Compliance violations can be reported - also anonymously - to a central system set up worldwide. This is also accessible to the general public. Alternatively, suspected compliance cases can also be reported to the respective compliance functions in the respective country organizations. Each case is recorded throughout the group according to uniform criteria and handled in accordance with uniform guidelines.

To create a positive compliance culture in our company, we support all employees in acting with integrity in their professional activities and avoiding potential violations from the onset. For this reason, ROSEN regularly conducts group-wide training measures geared to needs and target groups, as well as extensive communication activities on relevant compliance topics and risks.
