The transformation of the Méxican Energy sector is a reality. The ambitious energy reform and its rapid implementation has given rise to increased private and foreign investment. We are all part of México’s pipeline sector. For long-term, sustainable success, stakeholders in the pipeline and oil and gas industry have to work closely together, to ensure effective, efficient operation and performance in the short to mid-term, and to seek innovative solutions for challenges 5 or 10 years from now.
The ROSEN Seminar combines the exchange of viewpoints in the form of panel discussions, presentations and lectures by industry experts and stakeholders. The central theme of the seminar is pipeline integrity throughout the pipeline lifecycle, with a focus on “Taking Pipeline Integrity To The Next Level”.
Please join us for the ROSEN Seminar at the W Hotel Mexico City on Thursday October 19th, 2017. We are honored to be able to include David Madero of CENEGAS, Chris Bloomer of CEPA, Phil Hopkins, Stuart Saulters of API among other esteemed speakers.
The Seminar will include presentations and panel discussions on the topic of people, industry best practices, codes and standards, etc. as well as a selection of technical workshops, including:
A Certificate of Attendance will be provided upon completion.

Presenter: Jan Frowijn
Moderator: Michelle Unger
Panelists: David Madero, Ralph Wijnholds, Dharma Wikewickreme
The pipeline industry is a technology driven industry. As mentioned by Michelle Unger (ROSEN) in a recent interview: “My final ‘hope’ is that our industry will realize that people are a key part of our technologies. Good technologies are no use without good people. The future will see fantastic technologies: we have to ensure we also have fantastic people. The future may well see ‘people’ as being the weak link in our industry”. The panel will discuss the need for competent can qualified personnel in the context of a changing Mexican Pipeline industry.
