Sustainability Report 2024

Even though we are at the beginning of our journey, our ESG strategy is an integral part of our mission, underscoring our dedication to sustainable business practices that create long-term value for all stakeholders.

Our first Sustainability Report for the 2024 fiscal year reflects the progress we made, in embedding ESG principles into our operations. It outlines our approach to governance, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship, aligned with our core values and strategic goals.

Straight, foggy road in the morning with a view from above.

We are proud to present our first Sustainability Report in reference to the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS). This milestone marks the beginning of a new phase in our sustainability journey, outlining our efforts, achievements, and plans in the areas of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).  This first report focuses on two subsidiaries, ROSEN Technology and Research Center GmbH in Lingen (Ems), Germany and ROSEN Europe B.V. in Oldenzaal, Netherlands. Building on this, we aim to publish a group-wide report next year covering the financial year 2025.

Protecting People and the Environment since 1981

Since its beginnings, the ROSEN Group has been a company that is strongly committed to its employees, customers, suppliers, the environment and society.

When Hermann Rosen founded the company in 1981, he shaped it over more than four decades and developed the company philosophy from his guiding principle: "Empowered by technology". Over the many years we have remained true to our promise to offer the most innovative technology solutions for our markets to protect people and the environment. This has taken us on an exciting and successful journey.
