Operating critical energy infrastructure safely and reliably is a long-term responsibility. For more than 45 years, ROSEN has supported operators of critical infrastructure in gaining a better understanding of their assets and identifying risks at an early stage. In doing so, we make an important contribution to protecting people and the environment over the long term.
Our latest Sustainability Report shows how we integrate sustainability into our core business and continue to advance our ambitions across environmental, social and governance topics. For the first time, this year’s report provides transparency on activities across the entire ROSEN Group. It outlines the key impacts of our business, along with related risks and future opportunities. It also shows where we have made progress and where further work is needed.

Advancing sustainability through more accurate data
The more accurate the underlying data, the more reliably progress can be measured and targets tracked. Our reporting follows this same principle.
The Sustainability Report 2025 was prepared with reference to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and is based on an updated double materiality assessment.
This considers both the impact of our business on people and the environment and the sustainability-related risks and opportunities for ROSEN.
For the first time, the report covers all companies within the ROSEN Group and includes selected Scope 3 emissions across the value chain. This provides a consistent data foundation for managing our sustainability activities. It also prepares our reporting for future regulatory requirements and external assurance.
Our Priorities in the Areas of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG)
1. Continuously improving energy efficiency to reduce the carbon footprint of our products, services, and processes.
2. Developing and implementing improved processes and collaborating with stakeholders in the supply chain to reduce material use and minimize waste.
3. Developing technologies, products, and services to ensure access to affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy for all.
4. Contributing our knowledge and experience to industry initiatives that promote sustainable innovation.
5. Implement high safety standards and promote the well-being and healthy lifestyles of employees, their families, and the communities in which we work.
6. Support inclusive education and lifelong learning for employees, their families, and the communities in which we work.
7. Establish and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
8. Take into account the needs of marginalized groups (e.g., indigenous populations).
9. Aligning our business practices with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and ensuring that human rights considerations are integrated into our ESG governance mechanisms.
10. Collaborating with our customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders on sustainability, recognizing that sustainable progress is only possible through strong partnerships and joint efforts.
