ROSEN Group Announces Appointment of new Chief Legal Officer

ROSEN is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Berenzweig as Chief Legal Officer (CLO), effective 1 July 2026.

Berenzweig brings more than 25 years of international legal and executive leadership experience across global industrial businesses, with expertise in governance, compliance, risk management, Mergers & Acquisitions , and business transformation. Most recently, he served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Flint Group, where he was a member of the Executive Management Team.

Throughout his career, Berenzweig has advised CEOs, Boards, and investors on complex strategic matters, supported international growth, and strengthened governance and compliance frameworks. His experience in private equity-backed businesses and multinational organizations makes him particularly well-suited for the CLO role at ROSEN.
