American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Honors Hermann Rosen at IPCE 2026
Industry recognition celebrates Hermann Rosen’s lifetime achievement in pioneering pipeline inspection technologies, advancing asset integrity, and shaping a safer, more reliable energy infrastructure industry worldwide.
Hermann Rosen, Founder of the ROSEN Group, has received the IPCE Lifetime Achievement Honor in recognition of his enduring contribution to the pipeline industry. To further support future innovation, ROSEN is handing out the Hermann Rosen Award for Pipeline Innovation within the ASME/IPCE framework, encouraging emerging talent and pioneering research in pipeline integrity.
A Lifetime of Contribution to Asset Integrity
Awarded every two years, the IPCE Lifetime Achievement Honor recognizes individuals whose careers have made an enduring contribution to pipeline safety, technology, leadership and industry advancement. For more than four decades, Hermann Rosen has shaped the evolution of pipeline integrity management through engineering curiosity, entrepreneurial vision and a persistent focus on solving customer needs. His work has a major influence on the development of inspection technologies and industry practices used worldwide to manage risk, enhance safety, and protect critical infrastructure.
