ROSEN Group Announces Andreas Opfermann as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

ROSEN Group today announced that its Shareholders' Committee has appointed Andreas Opfermann as ROSEN's Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. He succeeds Interim CEO Erik Cornelissen, who will transition into the new role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO).

Opfermann is a proven global business leader whose industry experience, strategic vision and deep technology know-how positions him well to drive ROSEN's continued success as a global data-enabled asset integrity player. He brings 18 years of executive leadership experience in the industrial gas and adjacent sectors at Linde Group, the largest global industrial gas producer. He brings deep technical expertise and an innovative mindset with him that will be central to further strengthen ROSEN's technology leadership in the industry. Prior to joining Linde, he served 6 years at McKinsey & Company.

With extensive international experience in the German based Linde Group, heading operations in the Americas, serving as CEO of AGA (Linde's acquired Scandinavian business division), and working across Asia and the Middle East, he brings deep market and customer understanding as well as a track record of accelerating growth through technology leadership, active portfolio management and operational improvements.

"I'm honored to become CEO of ROSEN, a company I have followed for many years, that stands out with its technology and service leadership and unique global team culture. I look forward to working with the executive team and the entire global ROSEN family to shape the future of this true industry champion," said Opfermann. "ROSEN is exceptionally well-positioned to capitalize on the many growth opportunities as a leader in asset integrity services and I am excited to serve its customers and team."

Cornelissen will be transitioning into the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO), responsible globally for all market-facing activities of ROSEN. This role was established to operate across all product lines and regions, enhancing the focus on customer service excellence and to accelerate growth and the deployment of advanced technologies and services.

"Leading ROSEN on its path to becoming the global benchmark for asset integrity solutions has been a true privilege," said Cornelissen. "As Chief Customer Officer, I look forward to further strengthening ROSEN's reputation for service excellence. I'm confident that under Andreas' leadership, we will maintain our high-performance culture and leverage the many growth opportunities we have in front of us."
