ROSEN Group Announces Appointment of new Proficient Integrity Division President
ROSEN is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Madero as President Proficient Integrity Division, effective July 1, 2026.
Madero brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across energy technology, industrial services, and global operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President Production Solutions at Baker Hughes, where he led a global business generating approximately $4 billion in annual revenue. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in operations, commercial management, digital transformation, and global business leadership across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
Madero has built a strong track record of accelerating growth, driving operational excellence, and leading business transformation. He has managed complex global profit and loss responsibilities, strengthened market positions, improved profitability, and advanced the use of digital technologies to improve performance and customer outcomes. His experience leading technology-enabled energy and industrial services businesses, his customer-focused leadership approach, and his ability to build high-performing global teams make him very well suited to lead ROSEN’s Proficient Integrity Division.
