ROSEN Group Announces Appointment of new Proficient Integrity Division President
ROSEN is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Madero as President Proficient Integrity Division, effective July 1, 2026.
Madero joins ROSEN with more than 20 years of international leadership experience in the energy and industrial services sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Production Solutions at Baker Hughes, where he led a multibillion-dollar global business operating across more than 120 countries with over 5,000 employees. Throughout his career, Madero has held a variety of senior leadership positions spanning operations, commercial management, digital transformation, and global business leadership across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
Madero brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence, accelerating growth, and leading large-scale business transformations. He has successfully managed complex global P&L responsibilities, strengthened market positions, improved profitability, and spearheaded the deployment of innovative digital technologies. His extensive experience in industrial services, customer-focused leadership approach, and ability to build high-performing teams make him exceptionally well suited to lead ROSEN’s Proficient Integrity Division.
In addition to his operational accomplishments, Madero has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and technology-driven growth. During his tenure at Baker Hughes, he led the development and launch of award-winning digital solutions and played a key role in transforming traditional service businesses into technology-enabled growth platforms. His broad international experience and deep understanding of customer needs will be valuable assets as ROSEN continues to expand its capabilities and strengthen its leadership position in the industry.
