ROSEN Group Announces Appointment of New Chief Global Supply Officer
ROSEN is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Thomas Berden as Chief Global Supply Officer, effective November 1, 2026.
Berden joins ROSEN with more than 25 years of international experience in research and development, supply chain, and manufacturing. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Executive Board at VAT Vakuumventile AG in Switzerland, where he was responsible for global operations and the supply chain.
Earlier, he held leadership positions at SKF, Hilti, BSH, Siemens, and the Fraunhofer Institute for Laser Technology. He has built and developed global manufacturing and supply chains, advanced sales and operations planning (S&OP), strengthened safety and operational excellence, and driven automation and digitalization.

Berden will be based at ROSEN's headquarters in Stans, Switzerland.
